Founding Partner

A native South Floridian, Edward has always called Miami his home and has spent his entire professional career practicing law and helping property owners with residential and commercial insurance claim disputes and bad faith insurance litigation. As the founder of the Acle Law Firm, he has created a client-centered practice dedicated to aggressive legal representation of policyholders in disputes with their insurance companies.

A graduate of Duke Law School, Edward’s practice consists of representing policyholders in evaluating, settling and litigating insurance claims filed in state or federal court, trial of coverage and extra-contractual claims, as well as appellate practice. Over the course of his career, Edward has achieved several multi-million dollar settlements on behalf clients that have brought suit against their insurance companies. Additionally, and as founding partner, Edward oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations.
